Panzer 2 model review by tamiya May 17, 2010 This model in its simplicity was a joy to build, paint and
apply decals onto. I would recommend anyone with a little time
to kill, and interest in the period of european history which led
to the genesis of this armored and armed tractor, an extension
itself of the medievel hundreds of years ago, this history now
relived by a increasingly industrialised and techical society,
under the control of governments yielding science, statistics and
the claim of improving the social good in the name of wholesome
family ethics.
The very colonialists who turned the machine gun into a tool
to combat the masses, now turned their weapon onto themselves,
for they after all, did not want to live in Africa, or China, rather
they would rather add on to the manor with an extension, by attacking
neighboring countries... seems a really feasible plan, I need some
room, I'll attack my neighbor, especially since it was easier to wage
than in some obscure in comparison hell hole in Afganistan, or New Guinea, unless you have a passel of low payed labor.
Enjoy

big fan of the WWII era kits Feb 05, 2010 I built this kit back in 1981! Great fun, takes patience and skill aquired over time! I can't believe some of the lame people that buy these kits thinking it's die-cast, pre-painted DUH!!?? I read one review, this guy complained that there are 100 pieces to glue together?? he should try not sniffing the glue!! people that have short attention span, ADHD, thinks G.I. Joe and Transformers were great movies this is NOT for you. this is a great beginner kit for younger teens, painting can be a challenge but worth it for people with patience these kits are not completed in one sitting! that's the whole point! the picture on the box is reference or a guide how the camoflage should look..the uniforms, attention to detail! for parents who'd like their kids to do something other than X-box, playstation, assorted shoot-em ups on the idiot boxes, etc...this is it!!

Don't buy from MegaHobby Jan 06, 2009 Ok, first I admit that I did not read the description that said it was a plastic model. I looked at the photo and made an assumption it was a toy much like that from 21st Century or Forces of Valor. However the item never arrived so I could return it and the company is uncooperative in dealing with this issue, so I would never purchase anything from them ever again. The same thing happened with the other two items I ordered from them. Very bad service and stupid considering how many people can read this review or negative blog posts about them.
